How EFT works
EFT works by combining gentle tapping on specific acupressure points with focused conversation around what you’re experiencing.
During a session, we begin by identifying what you’d like to work on. You’ll then be guided to tap on a sequence of points on the hands, face, and upper body while using simple phrases connected to your thoughts and feelings.
As we work through this process together, you’ll notice shifts in how you feel—often a gradual reduction in emotional intensity, bringing a sense of calm and clarity.
The tapping points are based on those used in acupuncture. By gently stimulating these points, calming signals are sent to the body and brain, helping to regulate your response to stress and emotional triggers.
Over time, this can help the brain respond differently to situations that may have previously felt overwhelming.

I’ve seen the effectiveness of EFT both in my own life and in my work with clients.
I specialise in supporting clients with stress, anxiety, and self-esteem, particularly in the workplace.

What to expect
Our sessions are designed to feel calm, supportive, and led at your pace.
In your first session, I'll take a brief history and explore what you’d like to achieve. From there, we’ll work with whatever arises in the moment - whether that’s memories, emotions, or physical sensations - using tapping to help you gently release what you’ve been holding onto.
I usually recommend starting with at least three sessions, allowing time for deeper shifts to take place. Sessions can then continue weekly, fortnightly, or monthly, depending on what feels right for you.

This gives us the opportunity to talk through what you’re looking for, for me to explain how EFT works in more detail, and for you to get a sense of whether it feels like the right approach for you.
