Portrait of Alison Mann, EFT practitioner specialising in stress and anxiety

About me

I’m Alison, a certified EFT practitioner with a background in the corporate world. My earlier career gave me a strong understanding of the pressures, expectations, and challenges that can come with working life.

My approach is calm, supportive, and tailored to you.

I work gently, allowing space for you to explore what you’re experiencing at your own pace, without pressure or judgement.

I now specialise in supporting clients with stress, anxiety, and self-esteem, particularly in the workplace.

My story

My journey into Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) began in 2010, when I was working with a spiritual life coach to explore some deeply rooted emotions - particularly internalised anger that I had carried for much of my life.

While this work helped me uncover important insights, I still felt there was something unresolved. That’s when I was introduced to EFT. I had never heard of tapping before and, I’ll admit, I was sceptical at first. It felt unusual, even a little awkward - but I was open to trying something new.

To my surprise, after just a few rounds of tapping, something shifted. The intensity of those feelings began to ease, and I found myself no longer connected to the same thoughts in the way I had been before. It was a powerful moment that stayed with me.

Over time, I continued using EFT as different challenges arose, finding it helped me feel more balanced and clear. I often describe it as gently peeling back the layers - allowing deeper healing to happen step by step.

This experience led me to train with EFT International to become a certified EFT practitioner. Since then, I’ve continued to learn, grow, and deepen both my personal and professional practice.

I live in the Cotswolds with my husband and two cats. I love walking and exploring the surrounding area, baking and travel.

Work with me

If you’re feeling curious about EFT or wondering whether it might be right for you, a free 20-minute consultation is a simple way to explore this.

It gives us a chance to talk through what you’re looking for, and for you to get a sense of how I work - without any pressure or obligation.

If it feels like a good fit, we can then take the next steps together.
